If your item was not received, incorrect, or damaged, please submit a ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then begin the return or exchange process.
Our Return Window will be 30-days from the date your order was delivered.
Return Standards & Conditions
- Items must be unwashed.
- Items with stains or marks will not be accepted.
- We cannot accept any underwear, socks, or face masks.
- Please leave tags attached when returning items.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded while returning entire orders.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, we are unable to change your order once it has been placed. You will have a 15-minute window to cancel your order. If you are unable to cancel your order in the time you will need to start the return process through the link below:
We are not responsible for incorrect address information at checkout. We will also not be held accountable for missing orders as well as refund and replacement orders in this case.
If you are shopping from our US Site (innerlegendathletics.com) and are located outside of the United States, your order may be subject to customs fees/taxes based on the retail value of the package. These fees are not determined by Inner Legend Athletics and are beyond our control.
If you have questions as to why you are billed certain import fees/taxes, owe recommend contacting your local customs office or the courier that directly billed you.

WRONG ITEM SENT
If the wrong item has been sent, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please reference your: order number, the name of the item that you did not receive, and/or the name of the item that was received. Wrong item sent claims must be claimed within 7 days of the delivery date. Our Customer Support team will work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
